Everything is washed and reused party after party, so it looks far nicer than disposable paper and plastic and creates far less waste.
We hire across the Gold Coast — Currumbin, Currumbin Waters, Tugun, Palm Beach, Elanora, Coolangatta, Burleigh Heads, Mermaid Beach, Broadbeach, Robina, Varsity Lakes, Southport and Helensvale — plus Tweed Heads and Kingscliff in Northern NSW, and the Brisbane southside and Logan corridor on request. Individual items start from just a few dollars. Packages are Starter $24 weekdays / $33 weekends (up to 10 guests), Party $68 / $99 (up to 20) and Deluxe $122 / $179 (up to 30), plus a Drinks Station ($60 / $88) and a Grazing and Sweets setup ($55 / $80). A refundable $50 security bond applies to every booking.
Plates, tumblers, jugs, a table runner in your choice of colour, and serving pieces, scaled to your guest numbers. Larger packages add trestle tables with floor-length cloths, acacia serving boards, a cake stand, vases and more. You can also mix and match individual items to build your own setup.
Yes. Our plates are melamine and our cups are acrylic, so they won't shatter if the kids get rowdy — unlike glass or ceramic. They're designed for little hands, easy to clean, and built to be reused again and again.
Yes. Our Grazing and Sweets setup includes timber serving boards, platters, a cake stand and lolly buffet jars to style your own grazing or dessert table. You supply the food; we supply the beautiful pieces to present it on.
Browse our items or packages on the website and send an enquiry with your date. We'll confirm availability and send a quote. A 50% deposit secures your booking; the balance plus the $50 refundable bond are due 7 days before your event, or paid in cash on pick-up or delivery.
Pick-up from Currumbin Waters is the standard option, at a time we agree when you book. Delivery is available on request and quoted per booking, depending on distance and load. We don't set up on site — everything is handed over ready for you to style.
A $50 refundable security bond is collected with your balance 7 days before the event (or in cash at pick-up or delivery if you're paying cash). Once everything comes back undamaged and complete, we refund it within 7 days by bank transfer or PayPal. A 5% breakage allowance is included; loss or damage beyond that is charged at replacement cost and may be taken from the bond.
As early as you can, especially for weekends and school-holiday dates. Popular runner colours and the trestle and grazing pieces tend to book out first. We'll always tell you honestly whether your date is still available.
