What does it cost to hire kids' party tableware on the Gold Coast?
Short answer: individual pieces start from just a few dollars, and our ready-made packages run from $33 for a small gathering up to $179 for a beautifully styled party of 30. Every hire also includes a $50 refundable security bond, returned after your items come back. Here's the full breakdown.
Package pricing
Packages are the easy option — a matched set, scaled to your guest numbers, with a weekday and a weekend rate. Weekday is Monday–Thursday; weekend is Friday–Monday.

Hiring items individually
Prefer to build your own setup? Mix and match single pieces. As a guide: melamine side plates and acrylic tumblers are priced per piece from a couple of dollars, glass jugs and serving platters are a few dollars each, table runners (cheesecloth in seven colours, plus sequin and hessian) are modest, and statement pieces like the gold cake stand or a trestle table with floor-length cloth are a little more. What's included — and what isn't
Your hire price covers clean, styled, reusable tableware, delivered to you ready to set. We don't do on-site setup — the pieces are handed over for you to style your own table, which keeps the price down and lets you make it yours. There's no cleaning fee for normal use; just scrape and rinse, and we handle the proper wash.
The refundable bond
A $50 security bond is collected with your balance and refunded in full within 7 days of your items being returned undamaged. It's not an extra cost — it comes back to you.
How to book
Browse the range or a package, send an enquiry with your date, and we'll confirm availability and a quote. A 50% deposit secures your date; the balance and bond are due 7 days before your event, or in cash on pick-up. Pick-up is from Currumbin, with local delivery by arrangement across Tugun, Palm Beach, Elanora, Burleigh and the wider Gold Coast.
